The Role
Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence , you will shape and lead the engineering foundations that power Nespresso's general digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will lead a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement.

You will be instrumental in accelerating Nespresso's digital transformation---enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale products faster, more securely, and with greater impact. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will define engineering strategy, modernize ways of working, and influence outcomes at enterprise scale.





In This Role, You Will:

Define and drive the enterprise-wide engineering excellence strategy, aligned with business and IT priorities

Lead a global organization of 200 engineers, building high-performing teams and leadership capability

Accelerate modernization through DevSecOps, cloud, automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AI

Own and evolve engineering platforms (cloud foundations, CI/CD, developer tooling) to enable speed and scalability

Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure and operations with strong governance and compliance

Drive operational excellence (incident, problem, and change management; resilience and disaster recovery)

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes

Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery
