Join Accenture as a Legal Contracting Associate Manager and support complex client transactions at the intersection of law, technology, and business. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk-management matters.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure, negotiate, and close client transactions from both legal and business perspectives.Collaborate with senior contracting legal professionals and internal business stakeholders to prepare for client negotiations.Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data-transfer agreements, and requests for proposals.Support agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration,
