Main responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Maresme and its prime residential areas
- in order to source and list properties for sale in target locations.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop a strong network of property owners across the area.
- Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers.
- Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals.
