Collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing are core values, and team members actively support one another to achieve common goalsYour key responsibilities:As Datacenter Networks Engineer, you will:- Actively contribute to an agile working environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the squad to achieve shared objectives while working from a common backlog.- Take ownership of activities and provide guidance to the squad,



helping steer initiatives that improve service quality and customer satisfaction.- Proactively support other squads within the area and the broader tribe, acting as a trusted advisor when needed.- Leverage video conferencing and collaboration tools to enable effective communication and teamwork across distributed teams.What are we looking for?- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise Palo Alto firewalls.- Demonstrated experience performing firewall software upgrades and lifecycle management in production environments.- Must have personally executed multiple upgrades on an environment of at least 40 FWs throughout their career.- Proven experience troubleshooting complex firewall issues, including software defects, packet forwarding issues, routing problems, HA failovers, VPN failures, performance issues, and interoperability problems.- Experience working directly with firewall
