Avolta in Madrid is seeking a General Category Management Demand Planning Specialist to drive accurate demand forecasting for the Produce category and optimize inventory across luxury brands and stores. You will partner with Buying, Local Operations and Finance to support OTB planning, analyze KPI reports, and build dashboards to inform weekly trade meetings and strategic decisions.
