Join MSC Cruises' Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Sales Team Leaderand lead our Sales Agents in a dynamic, international sales environment.Your mission will be to coach, motivate and develop your team while driving sales performance, conversion and revenue, ensuring exceptional customer experience.Your Impact- Lead, coach and motivate Sales Agents through daily feedback and performance support.- Monitor team performance across sales, conversion, upselling, revenue, productivity, CSAT and quality KPIs.- Provide real-time coaching on consultative selling, objection handling and closing techniques.- Support agents with complex customer situations and high-value bookings.- Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve sales results and individual performance.- Manage real-time team operations, including breaks and intra-shift adjustments.- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Regional Management, Quality and WFM teams.Your Journey so far- 4 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.- Previous Team Leader experience is a plus,
