Задачи:
- Develop and execute integrated creative concepts for healthcare brands, ensuring strong craft, precision, and visual quality;
- Participate in new business pitches and strategic briefs with creative solutions aligned with client needs;
- Conceptualize campaigns with the creative team and lead their visual development from idea to final execution;
- Create digital, print, audiovisual, and promotional materials;
- Coordinate photo and audiovisual productions with production teams and external collaborators;
- Work closely with Health, Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to develop relevant campaigns aligned with the regulatory environment;
- Present creative proposals to clients and defend both the concept and visual execution.

Требования:
- Ability to lead and supervise other designers;
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts,



or a related discipline;
- More than 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
- Experience in point-of-sale design, including shelves, PLV, displays, and shop windows;
- Knowledge of editorial and digital design;
- Strong attention to detail and care for craft;
- Experience using artificial intelligence;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma;
- Sensitivity for creating videos or presentations when needed;
- Nice to have: 3D, knowledge of final artwork preparation.
