Financial closing and control
Oversee and review the monthly financial close, including P&L;, balance sheet, reconciliations, and analysis of key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external accounting and tax providers to ensure the quality and timely completion of the financial close.
Monitor financial KPIs and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support business decision-making.
Act as the operational point of contact for Group Finance teams across recurring reporting and control processes.
Accounting and financial policies
Review the correct application of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC).
Support the identification and reconciliation of differences between local accounting standards and Group financial policies under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
Contribute to ensuring the consistency and quality of financial information.
