As Head of Property, youll take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate.
Youll lead and develop the Property team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, while using data and insight to ensure were making the right commercial decisions for our sites.
