- An established and rapidly growing European technology company specialising in EV charging infrastructure is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Southern European markets, with additional responsibility for selected neighbouring countries. The position can be based remotely in Benelux, with extensive travel across the assigned markets. With the European EV charging market entering a significant phase of expansion, the company is now investing heavily in further international growth.
YOUR MISSIONAs Regional Sales Manager, you will be the commercial driving force behind the company's expansion across the Southern Europe regions and selected neighbouring markets.




Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern Europe & neighbouring marketsIdentify and acquire new strategic customers and business partnersBuild relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs), EPCs, installers, logistics companies, energy businesses, fleet operators and other major e-mobility stakeholdersDrive sales of AC and DC charging hardwareDevelop new business opportunities through both existing industry relationships and proactive market developmentResearch market trends, competitors, regulations and emerging commercial opportunitiesManage the complete sales process — from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closingDevelop long-term strategic partnerships rather than transactional customer relationshipsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and customer meetingsWork closely with senior management, product and technical teams to translate market requirements into commercial opportunitie
