Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) (m/f/d)

For our client, a globally leading industrial technology company specializing in engineered infrastructure solutions for mission-critical applications, we are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) . In this key role, you will drive business development across some of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of the company's Data Center business.

Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Nordic Data Center market in alignment with the European Data Center organization.
Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts.




Collaborate closely with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
Support the development of regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify future growth opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills (French and/or Italian) are highly desirable.
High degree of autonomy with responsibility for developing the Data Center business across Southern Europe.
