end-to-end review of a workplace booking service. The programme will assess current processes, technology tools, user journeys, governance and operating model, identifying opportunities to create a simpler, more consistent and effective workplace booking experience.The Programme Manager will initially lead the discovery and definition phase, with authority to coordinate workstreams, request evidence, challenge assumptions and bring recommendations to the programme sponsor.
