We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Develop and enhance integrations between MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and broader cloud ecosystem services.
Develop Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform Admin Centre.
Manage Azure Event Grid configurations related to the contact centre platform.
Develop and hand over MS Dynamics 365 CRM custom APIs supporting integration and automation.
Develop and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop and enhance voice channel configurations using Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.

Work Schedule:
09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break), on call
