About the team & this role The Direct Sales team generates demand for Sateliot's satellite Io T service: it identifies and qualifies the Io T solution providers that operate where terrestrial networks don't reach, and converts them into signed service orders that go live through our mobile-operator partners. Own the integral qualified pipeline: turn identified Io T solution providers into signed service orders across every market where Sateliot has coverage. Lead and scale the SDR team — local and remote across markets — hiring as needed and setting a qualification bar that concentrates effort on best-fit accounts, not raw volume. Own the lead-to-order engine:



define the ideal customer profile, qualification criteria and the AI-driven enriched-data methodology that makes outreach repeatable.
Deliver and forecast the number: hit quarterly qualified-sales targets globally and give leadership a clean read on pipeline health. Work with Communications to turn online activity into inbound: shape the demand-gen effort together so both the volume and the quality of inbound leads keep rising.
What you bring 5+ years in B2 B direct sales, including 2+ years leading a sales or SDR team and carrying a target. Fluent English and Spanish, comfortable working across time zones and cultures. Data-driven operator, fluent in CRM and sales-engagement tooling. Bonus if you have Portuguese or other languages relevant to our markets.
