Requirements:
Experience as a Chief or Sole Stew on larger sailing vessels.
Sailing experience is essential.
Confident with all aspects of the interior.
Able to lead by example.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and great team player are of importance.
Fluent in English
Non-smoker
B1 Visa is preferred.
Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.

OPEN TO A COUPLE WITH A FIRST MATE OR STEW/DECK/ENGINEER.
6 crew onboard (mixed nationalities).
Salary DOE
Standard MLC SEA.
