In this role, you will take charge of day-to-day accounting duties for the firm's client communities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing community accounting records and reconciliations using the specialized GESFINCAS software.
- Handling regular bookkeeping, expense tracking, and income allocations for various client homeowner communities.
- Ensuring accurate financial documentation and maintaining orderly records for all assigned properties.





To be successful in this position, you should bring the following profile:
- Proven experience in community of owners accounting (contabilidad de comunidades de propietarios).
- Proficient user knowledge of the GESFINCAS accounting software application.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to daily tasks.

What this position offers you:
- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) that is renewable.
- A part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, working mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- A gross annual salary of 17,500 EUR, distributed across 14 payments.
