In this senior leadership role, you will own and execute Factorial’s marketing strategy for Portugal, aligning it with revenue objectives and brand building. You’ll lead a cross-functional local team across demand generation, content, brand, and events, driving pipeline, demos, and long-term growth. You’ll translate market insights into prioritised investments and campaigns, while strengthening Factorial’s local presence and community.

Responsabilidades
- Own and translate the Portuguese marketing strategy into revenue-focused plans
- Lead multi-channel campaigns including demand generation, content, brand, and events
- Partner with Sales to generate high-quality demand and move opportunities through pipeline to revenue




- Plan and execute major marketing programs with measurable business impact
- Develop long-term growth opportunities for Portugal and prioritise investments
- Lead, coach, and develop the local marketing team across disciplines
- Collaborate with Content to localise content and campaigns for the Portuguese market
- Strengthen the Factorial brand and community in Portugal for enduring awareness
- Use data and market insights to optimise performance and investment decisions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Ops, Performance, Product, central marketing) to secure resources
- Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and partners with clear accountability
- Bring deep understanding of the Portuguese market to Factorial’s broader strategy
