The Opportunity
Alongside earning a salary of 35,000 per annum, you'll join our two-year Commercial Graduate Programme, expected to begin in September 2027. From day one, you'll become part of our graduate community and start building a career that combines commercial thinking, innovation and purpose.
Over the course of the programme, you'll gain experience across a range of commercial functions, from digital channels and customer strategy to trading, market analysis and large business customers. You'll work on projects that help EDF deliver innovative solutions for customers while supporting Britain's transition to a low-carbon future.
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple UK sites, with flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis. Whether you're based in London, Exeter,
Gloucester or elsewhere, you'll be supported with practical and financial help to relocate or travel as needed. This is a great way to experience different parts of EDF, build your network and develop a broad understanding of the energy sector.
