In this Client Success role, you will manage a portfolio of Gartner clients to ensure they realize value beyond their investment. You’ll work with senior and junior colleagues across functions, uncover client priorities, and design action plans that boost retention and return on investment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maximize value and help clients navigate Gartner services. Build and manage relationships with clients across roles and seniorities
Regularly engage clients to understand priorities and propose value-driven actions
Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize client outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve client retention and ROI
Surface client priorities to tailor Gartner services and programs

3+ years relevant professional experience
Fluent in Spanish and English at business level
