As Procurement Manager for Site & Maintenance Services, you will lead regional sourcing and supplier contracts to deliver cost-efficient value within the STEP category. You’ll shape regional strategies, manage CAPEX procurement for projects, and drive measurable savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work supports Clariant’s sustainability and responsible business goals in a global, structured supply chain. Responsabilidades
Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for site & maintenance services
Negotiate and finalize contracts for regional services
Oversee CAPEX procurement activities ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
Generate savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives
Utilize SAP, SLM, Pinpools, QNS, contracts,



EcoVadis in daily procurement work
Conduct market research to source new suppliers and alternative concepts
Monitor market developments and maintain supplier relationships for performance and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and category strategy development
Ensure compliance with Clariant’s procurement standards, policies, and ethics
Requisitos principales
Degree in Business, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering/Technical field with commercial background
2+ years in procurement or supply xqbhyrx chain function
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply and service contracts
SAP procurement module proficiency
MS Office proficiency
Fluency in English; German a plus
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
High integrity, compliance awareness, and ethical conduct
