In this role you will join a cross-functional team to deliver impactful learning experiences for tutors and learners at scale. You will shape backend and frontend engineering across Python/Django and React, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others to raise the engineering bar. You’ll apply data-driven methods to validate ideas, work with product and UX teams, and own initiatives from discovery to deployment. This position offers the chance to influence the future of education at a integral level through AI-enabled, user-centric software.

Responsabilidades
Develop and own backend features with Python/Django and integrate with third-party vendors
Build frontend experiences in React/Typescript and contribute to experimentation frameworks
Lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment with lifecycle ownership
Mentor peers, conduct architectural reviews, and promote frontend/backend best practices
Collaborate with Product, Data,



and UX to identify opportunities and measure impact
Shape system design for scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures
Navigate trade-offs and align technical investments with business goals
Drive technical leadership across the team and contribute to architectural direction
Pursue excellence through craftsmanship, learning, and helping others grow
Requisitos principales
Backend-heavy Full-Stack capability with ~60% backend focus and ~40% frontend
Deep AI expertise in Agentic AI, with ability to redesign SDLC and build reusable AI assets
Experience designing large-scale web applications, APIs, and distributed systems xqbhyrx
Proven technical leadership and ability to influence decisions
Product-minded with the ability to translate challenges into scalable solutions using data
Proactive problem-solving and independent work style with collaborative instincts
Strong ownership, accountability, and track record from concept to delivery
Excellent collaboration and communication across engineering, product, design, and data
English level B2 or higher
Experience with observability, reliability, monitoring, and on-call readiness
