Responsabilidades
Stabilize delivery in pressured initiatives and restore structure and predictability
Enter complex environments to resolve root causes and remove blockers
Make risk visibility clear to stakeholders without adding friction
Coach teams to prioritization and outcomes over strict timelines
Guide decomposition of complex work into actionable increments
Promote dependency management and prioritization during high-pressure periods




Support healthy retrospectives and post-mortems focused on learning
Capture and feed enterprise-level insights to leadership for structural improvements
Contribute to ongoing improvement of operational practices across the chapter
Requisitos principales
7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, operational excellence, agile coaching, or related functions
Scientific, engineering, or business background with a bias for action
Experience stabilizing xqbhyrx delivery in complex, high-pressure environments
Strong coaching instincts and ability to develop capability
Deep understanding of agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks
Analytical and systemic thinker with cross-level communication skills
Working knowledge of Jira, MS-Office, G-Suite; familiarity with Planisware or Orion is a plus
Fluent in English; willingness to travel 10–25%
