You will join a greenfield product initiative to design, build, and evolve a new digital solution for a leading fashion retailer. Working with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, you will shape architecture, deliver MVP capabilities, and drive technical decisions. This hands-on role combines Java/Spring Boot and React with AI-assisted development to produce scalable, production-ready software in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, contribute to technical direction, and promote engineering best practices. Responsabilidades
Build and evolve a new digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React
Design solution architecture and make key technical decisions
Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations
Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality




Contribute to product strategy, technical direction, and continuous improvement
Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership
Requisitos principales
5+ years of software development experience with focus on Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on fullstack development including backend, frontend, APIs, integrations
Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects
Understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, maintainability xqbhyrx
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, modern architectures
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
Ability to evaluate options, create PoCs, and make architectural decisions
Knowledge of testing, code reviews, security, and automation
Agile collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams
Ownership mindset and autonomous work style
Fluent Spanish (C1 or higher) and English
