Your role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to define and lead the marketing strategy of Vivatis Pharma Group.

This is a Group-level position based at our offices in Madrid, Spain, with responsibility for coordinating the Marketing Department and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, commercial priorities, and international growth plans.

You will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Development, and international teams,



translating market insights and business needs into high-impact marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and reinforce the Group’s position as a leading industry partner.

To thrive in this role, you will need to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You should be a proactive and autonomous professional, able to lead and bring different teams together, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and prioritise initiatives according to their business impact. A strong sense of accountability, a collaborative mindset, and clear results orientation will be essential to succeed in this international and cross-functional position.
