In this role you will develop and industrialize electrical components for Lithium-Ion battery systems within AVL Iberica. You will manage component knowledge, from scoping to industrialization, to ensure performance and reliability. You’ll lead design reviews and technology evaluations, shaping cutting-edge battery components for sustainable mobility. Dimension the electrical components for battery systems
Write generic specifications and define validation plans
Define core competency rules, technical policies and standards
Drive innovation for component performance and reliability
Lead components design reviews through development phases




Evaluate and select new technologies (watch, benchmark, state of the art)
Requisitos principales
Master in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
Experience in electrical/electronic components development, preferably in energy storage or automotive field
Knowledge of electrotechnical and electromechanical components
Strong rigor and organizational skills to meet processes and schedules
Ability to work in an international, multicultural xqbhyrx environment; English (written and spoken) required; Spanish also required; French desirable
3–4 years of relevant work experience or a PhD
Willingness to travel up to 20% to client facilities
