In this Insurance Transformation Lead role, you guide cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformations for claims, pricing, and underwriting. You will work with general, multi-disciplinary colleagues to scale insurance transformation programs across international engagements. You contribute to a global initiative focused on transforming core insurance functions and participate in large-scale programs with worldwide reach. Responsabilidades
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end transformations in claims, pricing, and underwriting
Drive transformation programs across strategy, data science, data engineering, and solution architecture
Collaborate with global teams on insurance transformation projects across international engagements




Support a global initiative focused on transforming claims, pricing and underwriting functions within a specialist squad
Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs with opportunities for international engagements
Requisitos principales
At least 8 years of professional experience, including ≥3 years in insurance technical excellence (pricing, claims, underwriting)
Previous consulting experience preferred; xqbhyrx experience in insurance-related firms valued
Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA beneficial
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges
Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at different levels
Fluency in English and Spanish
