In this role, you will originate and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A; initiatives to support strategic growth. You will screen markets for investment opportunities and lead target assessments, planning and valuation with key stakeholders. You’ll support strategic projects, formalize recommendations, and provide ad hoc analyses to inform the executive team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that sits at the crossroads of finance, strategy and cross-country collaboration, shaping the digital backbone of a sustainability-driven organization.

Screen markets to identify new investment opportunities
Lead target assessment, business planning, M&A; valuation and stakeholder coordination
Support execution of strategic projects: scoping, planning, analysis and recommendations
Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Finance
8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A;), Management Consulting xqbhyrx or Private Equity with deal origination experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Structured and analytical with strong business sense
Ability to earn trust and work with stakeholders at all levels
Able to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
