This role will be responsible for centralizing UX research efforts, optimizing research operations, and driving a cohesive research strategy that aligns with Soda’s business goals.This is a hybrid leadership role combining team management with hands‑on research execution. The successful candidate will actively contribute to research projects while leading the function. The UX Research Manager will manage a team of 3 researchers, prioritize research initiatives, and foster the craft development of the UX Research team.Your Role Within Our KingdomKey Responsibilities:Hands‑on Research Execution: Personally design and conduct end‑to‑end UX research studies (e.G., usability testing, player interviews, surveys, experiments), particularly on high‑impact or complex problem spaces.Strategic Leadership: Establish and drive a centralized UX research strategy and roadmap for Candy Crush Soda.



Develop clear prioritization frameworks to allocate research resources effectively based on business needs and impact.Team Management & Craft Growth: Provide direct line management, career development support, and performance coaching to UX researchers, ensuring a strong research team culture.
