Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for gastronomy, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow professionally within an international environment of culinary excellence.

Your responsibilities will include...
- Supporting the Chef de Partie in organizing and executing service within your assigned section.
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Ensuring proper mise en place before each service.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, flavor,



and presentation in every preparation.
- Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in your work area.
- Collaborating actively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Assisting with the receiving, storage, and control of ingredients and products.
- Contributing to maintaining order and organization in the kitchen.
- Continuously learning and developing within the culinary team.

What we are looking for in you...
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in restaurants, 4/5 hotels, or demanding gastronomic environments.
- Culinary or gastronomy training.
- Passion for cooking and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced service environments.
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to quality.
