In this role you drive the ILD marketing strategy and launch excellence within Ferrer’s corporate marketing team. You will align with the global ILD group and affiliate partners to accelerate growth, shape market development, and ensure readiness across territories. You’ll lead planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize launch opportunities while building a strong ecosystem for disease awareness. This is an impact-driven position at the crossroads of strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades
Drive launch strategy and cross-functional coordination for PH-ILD across territories
Lead development and execution of overall ILD marketing strategy aligned with franchise priorities
Plan country sequencing to prioritize markets by readiness and growth opportunities
Collaborate with affiliates and cross-functional teams to accelerate market development
Lead market shaping and disease awareness initiatives to support ecosystem development
Ensure affiliate and field readiness through training,



tools, and best-practice sharing
Support tactical planning and rollout of franchise launch initiatives
Generate insights from market analysis, customer understanding, competitive intelligence and forecasting
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Business Development and affiliates
Monitor launch KPIs and advise on strategic optimizations while ensuring regulatory/compliance governance
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Business or Science
Significant pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in specialty care, xqbhyrx rare or respiratory diseases
Proven launch preparation and execution experience at international or regional level
Experience in global and cross-functional environments
International exposure and affiliate-facing experience
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Excellent command of English
Strategic thinker with strong execution; collaborative across cultures and functions
