In this role you lead business operations across Statistical Programming & Analysis clusters, aligning resource management, performance tracking, and compliance with organizational goals. You will partner with Chapter Leads, Product Leads, and Mission Leads to ensure transparent execution and continuous improvement, enabling leaders to focus on strategy and capability development. You drive transformation initiatives, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI- and automation-enabled improvements to boost efficiency and quality. This is a pivotal role shaping operational excellence within a research-focused, matrix organization.
Responsabilidades
Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and performance monitoring across SPA
Coordinate resource planning, capacity management, and operational portfolio oversight
Manage onboarding and operational readiness of internal and external resources, including FSPs
Support quality, compliance, audit readiness, and completion of required training and learning programs
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate lessons learned, retrospectives,



and best-practice sharing
Coordinate execution and tracking of SPA transformation initiatives, capability-building programs, and organizational priorities
Facilitate operational governance processes and leadership reporting across chapters and missions
Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive adoption of AI- and automation-enabled operational improvements
Requisitos principales
MS/BS in Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience in business operations, project management, organizational enablement, or operational excellence xqbhyrx
Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI development, performance reporting, and operational dashboards
Experience working in matrix organizations and coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups
Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to drive execution without direct authority
Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective operational processes
