As Reservoir Regulation Manager you will lead England’s reservoir regulation efforts, ensuring compliance with the Reservoirs Act and safeguarding public safety. You will head a national team within the EARR department, driving strategic priorities and high standards across regulators, engineers, and stakeholders. You’ll steer continuous improvement, foster psychological safety, and manage multi-agency risks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to influence major reform through the Reservoir Safety Reform Programme and shape how regulation meets future generations’ needs. You will work with senior partners to deliver outcomes that balance safety, policy, and operational)

• Collaborate with a dispersed team of 20 professionals to regulate 2140+ reservoirs

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in Regulation, Civil Engineering, Law or related field
• Strategic leadership xghoner and translating strategy into delivery
• Proven track record of high performance, accountability and psychological safety
• Innovative thinking and ability to deliver value through new approaches
• Confident, risk-based decision-making under pressure
• Influential collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners
