In this role you will empower the sales team by shaping SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions for international clients. Client engagement to understand requirements and challenges
Solution design for SAP SuccessFactors and SD Worx services aligned with client objectives




Product demonstrations and presentations of SAP SuccessFactors and SD Worx offerings
Proposal development and bid responses ensuring alignment with client needs
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and implementation teams to enable seamless transition to project execution
Requisitos principales
5+ years in SAP HR Presales
Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
Excellent verbal and written xqbhyrx communication skills
Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus
Analytical ability to translate client requirements into effective SAP solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills
