As a Commercial Legal professional at Glovo, you will bridge the Global HQ and the Spanish market, providing pivotal legal support to scale the business. You will shape cross-border contracts and commercial frameworks that underpin growth in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You will lead critical initiatives like T&Cs; overhauls and liaise with multiple functions to balance legal risk with commercial objectives. This role offers impact across Spain and HQ, within a dynamic, diverse team that values autonomy and practical problem-solving.

Responsabilidades
Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements (partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, suppliers)
Develop and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models




Manage cross-border agreements between Spain and HQ
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that affect multiple business units
Propose and implement new legal processes and frameworks with strong autonomy
Provide solutions balancing legal risk with commercial objectives
Requisitos principales
Degree in Law
4 to 6 years post-qualification experience
Admitted to the Spanish Bar (valued)
Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Experience in top-tier xqbhyrx law firms and in-house in fast-paced tech environments
Strong commercial and corporate law foundation
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse commercial agreements
Exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce, or tech sectors (plus)
Cross-functional stakeholder management
