As COO, you will scale and optimize Satispay’s operations to support rapid European growth. You’ll lead strategic operations, standardize processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution. You’ll own performance metrics and build scalable infrastructure to support user growth and multi-country expansion. The role combines hands-on leadership with data-driven decision making, shaping how we operate at scale. This is a chance to drive a high-impact transformation in a fast-moving financial platform.

Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term objectives across functions
Identify bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and implement scalable processes
Align operations with Product, Tech,



Business Development, and Compliance for end-to-end execution
Define, track, and drive operational KPIs with robust reporting for data-driven decisions
Build resilient operational systems to support rapid user growth and geographic expansion
Lead and mentor high-performing teams with transparent communication and ownership
Requisitos principales
Proven executive experience in a senior Ops role (COO/VP Ops or similar) in fast-growing tech/fintech
Track record of designing, scaling, and managing xqbhyrx complex operational processes
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving
Experience building and empowering high-performing operational teams
Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
Travel flexibility up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
