As SDR Team Lead for the DACH region, you will build and guide a high-performing SDR team, shaping the prospecting strategy and turning strategic bets into real pipeline. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers to align messaging and targets, while coaching your team to outperform in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll own key metrics, forecast with realism, and ensure smooth handovers to Account Executives. Lead and grow the SDR team for the DACH region
Own conversion, activity quality and pipeline metrics




Provide ongoing coaching through trainings, call reviews, and 1:1s
Design a unified Account Prospecting Strategy with Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers
Deliver on individual and team MRR and Demo targets; forecast and manage risk
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement to provide the right tools and ramp new joiners
Provide honest feedback to AE Team Leads and Sales Director on lead quality and handovers
Close the loop with leadership on performance and xqbhyrx process improvements
Requisitos principales
