In this role, you will plan and drive sales campaigns and a broad range of events (in-person, online, and hybrid) to support business growth. You will monitor KPIs, report performance, and use insights to continuously improve campaigns. You will coordinate content distribution, manage databases and websites, and work with cross-functional teams to advance the firm’s promotional activities. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and staying ahead of industry trends. A key focus is to enhance ROI through strategic event and marketing initiatives.
Responsabilidades
Define, plan, promote, organize and monitor firm-wide events in all formats (in-person, online, hybrid)
Coordinate distribution of publications (newsletters, legal flash)
Segment client database for targeted campaigns
Plan marketing campaigns and propose ROI improvements




Analyze big data from sales activities to identify opportunities
Benchmark and identify competitive trends in events and online campaigns
Update the firm's website and manage the database
Support sponsorships and other institutional commercial/promotional activities
Requisitos principales
3-4 years of experience in event organization (in-person and online) in a marketing agency, Big Four, corporate events, or conference organizer xqbhyrx
Experience with online marketing campaigns
Analytical and strategic data analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of the legal sector is highly valued
