Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities via outbound activity
Manage inbound leads and ensure a fast,

Deliver online meetings, product demos, and presentations
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM up to date (Odoo)
Monitor activity and provide accurate pipeline forecasts

Requisitos principales
Around 5 years in B2B SaaS xqbhyrx sales, preferably in real estate, vacation rental, or hospitality
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and hitting targets
Fluent English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus
Self‑motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
