In this role you will drive growth for Dutch clients by delivering Google Ads solutions and acting as a trusted advisor. You onboard new clients, minimize churn, and identify growth opportunities while managing a high-volume portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor PPC campaigns, achieve targets, and support clients in a fast-paced digital market. Responsabilidades
Onboard new clients and provide advisory support to design strategic PPC campaigns
Drive revenue growth through outbound outreach and campaign upsells
Engage the Dutch market to identify needs and propose tailored solutions




Manage a large base of accounts and maintain accurate customer data
Meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs
Foster long-term relationships and provide timely issue resolution
Adapt to changing client needs and maintain high-quality service and sales support
Requisitos principales
BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc preferred
C2 level Dutch and high-level English
2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience
Regular use of AI tools and CRM xqbhyrx systems
Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and digital marketing ecosystem
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy for compliant outreach
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle ROI questions
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Analytical skills for competitor analysis and market trends
