In this role you will drive critical cross-functional initiatives as a senior strategic project manager in the Office of the CEO. You’ll connect executive leadership with operations, regulatory, product, and business teams across Luxembourg and Milan to translate obligations into executable plans. You’ll solve complex problems with data-backed, user-focused solutions while shaping governance and project roadmaps. You’ll lead multi-hub initiatives and champion best practices to accelerate product velocity and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact, ownership-driven opportunity at a fast-growing fintech.

Responsabilidades
Solve complex business problems with data-driven, user-first solutions
Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and provide strategic partnering
Influence major decisions through deep analysis and clear insights




Develop and introduce new methodologies and best practices
Integrate regulatory and supervisory requirements into project roadmaps with Legal/Compliance/Risk
Govern and monitor multi-hub projects, track milestones and report to executives
Anchor Luxembourg operational synergies ensuring governance aligns with group strategy and product velocity
Requisitos principales
Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment
Regulatory, legal, and compliance expertise
Proven track record in end-to-end, multi-stakeholder xqbhyrx project leadership
Good understanding of fintech landscape, EMI licensing, and European regulation (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR)
Cross-border leadership across distributed offices and matrixed teams
Executive presence and strong communication to synthesize complex concepts
Mobility to relocate to Luxembourg and travel to Milan; fluent in English; Italian an asset
