In this role you will coordinate and oversee clinical trial projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and report progress to senior management. You will develop team capability and drive continuous improvement across projects. This is a values-driven opportunity to contribute to ICON’s mission of accelerating access to new therapies. Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation




Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective collaboration
Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with goals
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to leadership
Requisitos principales
Solid project and programme management experience
Proven track record delivering projects xqbhyrx from inception to completion
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, focused on continuous improvement
Willingness to travel ~30%
