In this role you drive finance digitalisation and AI-enabled transformation within a global air-transport technology leader. You will shape the finance roadmap, govern use cases, and enable cross-functional adoption of AI, automation and data tools. You’ll lead Oracle Financial ERP initiatives, strengthen controls, and promote trusted data practices for timely, transparent reporting. Your work blends business priorities with governance to deliver measurable value and improved decision support. Responsabilidades
Define and deliver the finance digitalisation and AI roadmap with measurable outcomes
Enable finance teams to adopt AI, automation and digital tools in daily work
Embed responsible AI, governance, data protection and financial controls
Lead Oracle Financial ERP and connected finance platform initiatives across modules and integrations




Strengthen financial control environment including reconciliations, approvals, and regulatory compliance
Advance management, statutory and operational reporting for timeliness and accuracy
Establish trusted data and reporting practices with clear ownership
Apply analytics/AI to spot trends, risks and opportunities with explainability
Lead cross-functional delivery and build team capability through coaching and upskilling
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related discipline
10+ years’ experience in finance digitalisation, financial systems and ERP
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial ERP and enterprise-scale finance xqbhyrx transformation
Financial reporting expertise incl. management and statutory reporting, reconciliations, forecasting
Knowledge of financial controls, data governance, regulatory compliance and operational risk
Experience with generative AI, intelligent automation and analytics in finance
ERP optimisation, workflow tools, APIs and secure systems integration
Leadership and stakeholder influence with ability to translate complex topics into decisions
