In this role you accelerate growth of ABB’s AMR Connected Care by enabling local sales teams to identify and close profitable service opportunities. You act as a global commercial specialist for the AMR service portfolio, aligning product management, marketing and technical support to expand installed base and recurring revenue. Responsabilidades
Identify, qualify and develop AMR Connected Care opportunities across the Installed Base with local Robotics and Connected Care teams
Drive commercial development of Connected Care agreements, lifecycle services, upgrades and digital solutions




Maintain a disciplined pipeline with CRM forecasting and opportunity management
Support strategic customer engagements, negotiations and multi-country service proposals, enabling local teams with value messaging
Requisitos principales
Experience in service sales, technical sales, business development or lifecycle services in robotics, automation, logistics or industrial tech
Ability to develop commercial opportunities and base penetration xqbhyrx plans with distributed sales organizations
Understanding of service agreements, upgrades, recurring revenue models and digital/software-enabled lifecycle services
Experience with CRM and commercial tools (preferably Salesforce)
