In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of 35–50 email publishers, bridging them with Exoclick’s monetization tools to hit revenue goals while complying with network rules. You report to the Email Team Manager and Head of Publishing, coordinating across sales and account management. You’ll optimize publisher performance, identify new leads, and maintain precise CRM records. This role sits at the intersection of growth and publisher relations within a integral, innovative ad tech company.

Portfolio optimization: monitor publisher performance daily to suggest monetization improvements
Growth planning: identify and qualify new leads to expand your portfolio
Relationship management:



build long-term loyalty through proactive communication and fast issue resolution
CRM discipline: maintain accurate records in HubSpot (tasks, QBRs, and pipeline status)
Requisitos principales
2+ years in the email industry, preferably on the supply/publisher side with monetization focus
Strong understanding of online digital/advertising needs of advertisers and publishers
Proven experience in business development and account management with revenue xqbhyrx targets
Experience managing, monitoring, and planning email databases using CPC and CPM models
Excel/spreadsheet proficiency for data analysis
Familiarity with HTML and Analytics tools
Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Russian) valued
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication
