In this role you will lead strategic UX research across multiple enterprise projects at Zurich's Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona. You’ll uncover user needs for internal users like underwriters and claims handlers, shaping user-centred solutions and innovative experiences, including AI-enabled interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations and drive evidence-based decisions. This position offers hands-on research leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with a integral insurance footprint.

Responsabilidades
Lead end-to-end research across multiple projects from discovery to recommendations
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders
Support product teams by identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities
Contribute to design and validation of experiences including conversational AI and intelligent workflows




Drive evidence-based decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights
Explore new research approaches, tools, and technologies to improve user understanding
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high research quality and impact
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning
Requisitos principales
Significant experience as a UX Researcher on digital products or complex user journeys
Proficiency with diverse research methods: interviews, usability tests, discovery, surveys, workshops, validation
Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights for product, business, and design decisions
Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing business objectives with user xqbhyrx needs
Experience in complex stakeholder environments and strategic thinking to link user insights to business goals
Proactive, curious, and focused on continuously improving products and ways of working
Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence decisions with evidence
Experience with multiple initiatives and shifting priorities
Desirable: experience with AI-enabled experiences, conversational interfaces, automation; strong advantage: UX/UI design, prototyping, Figma, service design, or front-end tech
