As a lawyer at Fever, you will support integral content production teams to execute events and co-produced/licensed productions smoothly and compliantly. You’ll partner with the Originals and production groups, shaping legal strategy and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will enable fast, safe growth while protecting Fever’s IP, data, and regulatory interests. This role offers hands-on, high-impact work in a dynamic, global team centered on entertainment production.

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements; improve templates and processes.
• Identify legal risks for business and production teams; design mitigation strategies to enable smooth execution of events/content initiatives across jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and translate findings into actionable guidance for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and assist with internal compliance (IP, data privacy, regulatory). xghoner
• Support incident management and dispute resolution with litigation specialists and stakeholders.
• Prepare and update internal templates, legal guides, and deliver training/memos to employees and Legal Department members
Responsabilidades
• Qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years PQE; in-house experience in experience-economy or live production preferred; top-tier law firm experience a plus
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
• Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple time-sensitive projects
• Effective communicator with emotion
