Your mission as a Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and activate a consistent New Business pipeline engine for Spain, working closely with Marketing and Account Management to turn events, target accounts and dormant clients into high-value opportunities.

Our Spanish team is fast-moving, highly collaborative and supportive, and we love momentum. We work hard to push the needle, but we do it as a tight-knit group.
We are hands-on, quick on our feet and always ready to test creative ideas to keep our growth trajectory high while having a great time doing it.
What you’ll be doing
- Build target account lists, map key stakeholders and support Account-Based Marketing initiatives together with Sales.
- Drive commercial activation around owned and third-party events, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up and opportunity creation.
- Reactivate dormant or underdeveloped accounts to unlock new business potential.
- Design outbound sequences, commercial angles and follow-up campaigns for priority accounts and industries.
- Adapt integral Marketing initiatives to the Spanish market and connect them with local commercial priorities.
