WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Accounting Support: You support the Accounting team in day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on invoice processing, invoice control and administrative tasks.

Invoices & Approvals: You review incoming invoices, coordinate approval workflows, track payment deadlines and support internal stakeholders in invoice-related topics.

Office Management: You take care of classic assistant and office management tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, filing, incoming mail and general office organization.

Coordination & Communication: You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, take minutes and act as a key contact for organizational topics within Accounting.
