Babel Profiles is launching a new outbound sales role in Barcelona to build the function from scratch. As one of the first commercial hires, you will generate opportunities, shape processes, and contribute to growth from day one.
You'll work closely with the Regional Director, prospect HR and wellbeing leaders, and manage outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email. This is a ground-floor opportunity with clear progression to a managerial position for top performers.
