In this onsite-focused Digital Account Manager role, you manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strategic account plans and forecasting the sales pipeline. You will collaborate with outside sales, channel partners, and customers to move opportunities to closure, while tailoring solutions to client needs. You’ll work with data-driven activity to drive retention and new opportunities. This is a cross-functional, growth-focused position in a company that values inclusion and development.

Sell moderately complex solutions and services to a defined set of accounts
Create and manage account plans for medium to high complexity portfolios




Generate and qualify leads to drive opportunities and coordinate with partners or outside sales
Understand client requirements and position company solutions to meet retention goals
Build targeted sales pipeline and provide data-driven forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales transactions
Requisitos principales
2-4 years of relevant sales experience
Proficient xqbhyrx account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions and services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
CRM or Salesforce proficiency
Ability to collaborate in a team and lead sales project activities
